1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fix Old Photos - Renew app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. User Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your photos and personal information. Please note:

  • We do not store user photos on our servers. All photos are processed by third-party services and stored on your device.
  • Third-party services do not save or use these images for any other purposes.
  • We do not collect or store any personal information about our users.
  • When you grant permission, your advertising ID may be used and stored by Meta and RevenueCat third-party services for app functionality.
  • Our app only has photo upload and processing features - no personal information is requested or stored.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the Fix Old Photos - Renew app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to restore and modify any photos you upload.

4. Intellectual Property

The Fix Old Photos - Renew app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User-Generated Content

You are fully responsible for all images uploaded to and generated by the app. We claim no ownership rights over the content you create or restore. All uploaded and generated images remain your responsibility. You must ensure you have the legal right to modify and restore any photos you upload.

Images uploaded for photo restoration, colorization, and other processing are screened by AI for security purposes. We reserve the right to refuse processing images containing violence, sexual content, or other inappropriate material. The responsibility for uploaded images lies solely with the user.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our app offers in-app purchase options to enhance your photo restoration experience:

  • Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: These subscriptions grant you credits for a limited time and unlock all app features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Consumable Credits: Additional credits can be purchased without a subscription, or when your subscription credits are exhausted.

Subscription Durations: We currently offer weekly subscriptions (lasting 7 days) and annual subscriptions (lasting 1 year). Credits purchased without a subscription have unlimited validity and do not expire. We reserve the right to introduce new subscription duration options in the future, however, existing subscription terms and durations are fixed and will not be changed.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment management system. We do not use any third-party payment systems - all transactions are handled exclusively through Apple's secure payment solution. You can manage your subscriptions, view purchase history, and cancel auto-renewal directly from the App Store settings on your device.

Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your App Store account settings.

7. Content Processing and AI Limitations

Our photo restoration services use artificial intelligence technology. Please be aware:

  • The AI processing may sometimes produce inaccurate or unexpected results that do not represent our app's intended outcomes.
  • Use discretion before relying on, publishing, or otherwise using content provided by our restoration services.
  • We do not accept responsibility when extra logos, symbols, or unintended elements are added to restored images during the AI processing.
  • Restored images are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Fix Old Photos - Renew app is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that restoration results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including but not limited to any dissatisfaction with restoration results.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
